Zuccini Fetuccini

Ingredients:
2 large zucs cut in small cubes
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp Tamari sauce or soy sauce
1 12 Oz package fettuccini noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C fresh parmesan cheese
5 tsp olive oil
Method:
Boil water for pasta - add 1 tsp olive oil to keep noodles from sticking together. Simmer Zucchini cubes in 4 tsp olive oil adding salt and pepper and 2 tsp Tamari sauce for 20 minutes over medium heat.
When pasta is done, the squash should be also. Mix parmesan and 1 tsp olive oil with the pasta and throw the Zucchini on top.
Serve with French bread and vegetables.
