Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients:
2C sweet potatoes (3 large)
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 stick butter
4 eggs well beaten
2 C milk
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
Method:
Mash potatoes well before adding sugar and butter. Mix and add eggs and spices. Add milk to make soft consistency. Place in buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. Add marshmallows to the top.
