Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

2 Tbs Lowry's seasoned pepper
2 Tbs granulated or garlic powder
2 Tbs Lowry's lemmon pepper
1 Tbs Tony's Creole seasoning
1/4 C or more A1 steak sauce
1/4 C Dale's seasoning
1 Oz or a good shot of whiskey (I use George Dickel)
1 C or more (as needed) Lea & Perrins Worstershire sauce

Method:

Combine all dry ingredients in a measuring cup. Stir. Add Dale's , A1 sauce, and whiskey. Add Worstershire sauce until you have about 1 - 1 1/2 cups of marniate. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish or other dish that will hold the liquid and steaks without spilling. Flip the steaks about every 30-40 minutes and allow to marinate for approximately 1-2 hours.
