Sister's Rolls

Ingredients:
1 C boiling water
1 C shortening
2/3 C sugar
1 1/2 Tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
2 packages dry yeast
1 C lukewarm water
6 C plain flour
Method:
Pour boiling water over the shortening, sugar and salt. Add eggs and yeast dissolved in lukewarm water. Add sifted flour and beat until smooth. Put in refrigerator until ready for use. Allow 2 1/2 hours for rolls to rise. When making, dip each roll in melted butter before placing in pan. Bake at 375F until brown.
