Meximeat!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground sirloin of highest quality available
1 can of Herdez salsa Verde
2 Tbs ancho chili powder or other chili powder (medium heat)
1Tbs ground cumin
2 Tbs butter

Method:

1. Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet until cooked.
2. Mix the Herdez salsa with the ground beef and stir until incorporated.
3. Add the spices and stir them in well.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally.

***This mixture can be used for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos or as a chili base. ***
