Macaronni and Cheese!

Ingredients:
1/2 lb macaroni
1 tsp butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
3 C grated sharp cheddar
1 C milk
Method:
Boil macaroni and stir in the butter and eggs. Mix mustard with 1 tsp hot water and add to the milk. Add cheese leaving enough to top casserole. Mix ingredients together and pour into a casserole baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes or until top is crusty.
Variations:
***Note we usually double this recipe for a family of 4***
* Usually 1/8 C of mustard with 1/8 C hot water is used. I like lots of dry mustard.
