Fudge

Ingredients:

4 C sugar
1 14 1/2 Oz evaporated milk
1 C butter
1 12 Oz semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 Pt marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 C walnuts

Method:

Combine eggs and corn syrup, mix well. Add sugar, mix well. Stir in salt and vanilla. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Butter sides of heavy 3 Qt saucepan. Add sugar, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat to soft state (236F) stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and walnuts. Beat until chocolate melts. Pour in buttered 13"x9"x2" pan.
