David's Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts
4 quarts water
2C chopped celery
2C chopped carrots
1C chopped onions
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 C uncooked long grain rice
6 Wyler's chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste!
Method:
Bring chicken, water and broth to a boil in a large soup pot. Boil uncovered for about 30 minutes until the chicken is done. Remove chicken breasts and set them aside to cool. Add celery, carrots and onions to the boiling water in the pot and boil uncovered for about 20 minutes until carrots and celery are soft. Remove the chicken from the bone and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces. Add chicken, rice, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and extra water if needed. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Its ready, now eat some of the best chicken soup you've ever tasted!
