Corn Bread

Ingredients:
Iron Skillet with 1/4 inch vegetable oil
1 C cornmeal self rising
1 C flour self rising
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Milk - enough to make consistency of cake batter
Method:
Preheat oven to 425F. After mixing ingredients heat skillet in oven. pour hot vegetable oil into the mixture. Stir together and pour back into the iron skillet. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
