Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:

3 C chicken
8 Oz package spaghetti
1 C celery
1 C bell pepper
1 stick butter
3 onions diced
8 Oz can mushrooms
2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 C shredded American cheese

Method:

Cook chicken and remove bones and skin when cool. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock. Simmer the vegetables in butter until soft. Layer ingredients in a greased casserole dish and top with American cheese. bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes.
